Dancing Through the Decades with Dance Caliente
Includes:
- Performance by Eileen Herman-Haase and Raul Nieves (owners of Dance Caliente), in assigned period costumes of theatrical ballroom dances.
- Lessons designed for audience members occurring between most dances.
- Stories about the political and cultural time in which each dance was most popular.
- Use of Dance Caliente’s audio equipment including its set-up and breakdown.
- Consultations regarding room set-up and alterations to programming to best suit venue’s needs.
- Local travel to and from venue. Please note that distances greater than a one-hour drive may have an additional fee.
- Assistance regarding Grant Applications.

Our fee range is dependent on number of dances with costume changes that are performed and time:
• 6 performances within the show is $1250. (aprox. 1 and 1/2 hours)
• 5 performances within the show is $1100. (aprox. 1 and 1/4 hours)
• 4 performances within the show is $950. (aprox. 1 hour)
One hour Interactive Ballroom Show with no costume changes called “Dancing Joy with Dance Caliente”. We perform 4 dances in a more improv format and still teach a participatory lesson after each dance.
Our fee for this show is $650. (aprox. 1 hour)
We offer the full Classic Interactive Ballroom Show, “Dancing through the Decades with Dance Caliente” and "Dance Caliente Brings the World to Your Feet". They are performed in costumes that depict each dance and has participatory lessons as well as a bit of story telling after each performance. Both shows are now available in several formats. You have a choice of up to 6 dances (which was what we have typically performed).
